Steve Gabriel is an ecologist, educator, and forest farmer in the Finger Lakes region near Ithaca, NY. His experience draws from a diversity of sources including three years as land use manager for a nature center and two years as a permaculture apprentice in Oregon and at the Findhorn Ecovillage in Scotland. He holds a BS in Environmental Studies from Empire State College, has taught eight Permaculture Design Certificate Courses, designed homes, farms, and gardens around the U.S. He currently serves as Director for the Finger Lakes Permaculture Institute, is co-owner of Sapsquatch Pure Maple Products, and lead designer at Work With Nature.

Liz Falk has worked to improve food security and strengthen the local food movement in Washington, DC since 2003. She co-founded and directed Common Good City Farm for three years and managed five farmers markets for FRESHFARM Markets, where she also increased food stamp access through the "double dollars" program. Liz holds a BA in Environmental Studies and Education and a Dual MA in Natural Resources and Sustainable Development along with certification in Permaculture Design. She has worked on organic farms and CSAs  in Virginia, Australia and Costa Rica. Liz designs classes for adults and at-risk youth using gardens and fresh foods as a source for learning and living healthy.







Camilo Nascimento is owner of Ramius Technology & Design and has been a graphic designer and illustrator for over 15 years. He holds a Masters in Fine Arts from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art and currently works and teaches in Ithaca, NY. Camilo developed Work With Nature's logos and offers graphic support and landscape illustration.
